See attached report
Streets & Alleys
There were two residents whom replaced their sidewalks this summer. The village will reimburse the residents as per the sidewalk program.
A complaint was brought forward of people burning leaves in the street. Will contact other villages regarding their ordinances on leaf burning.
Members suggested a letter be given out with the garbage payment books requesting no leaf burning, that Rob will pick up leaves during the fall.
It was also suggested to have an ordinance to ban leaf burning, at least on the streets, may burn on their own property.
The plows are ready for winter use.
WATER & SEWER
The flow meter is now working and will need to be calibrated. We need to get a UPS system to eliminate lightning strikes. Fehr & Graham will be surveying and applying for permits to extend the water and sewer lines to the old milk plant. This survey will also include 2 new hydrants that they feel should be installed while the work is being done.
CEMETERY

BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
The committee has requested to purchase tire weights for the tractor. Rob has suggested that we trade the push mower/weed eater, since he does not use it at all, for a hedge trimmer that could be used at the cemetery.
Rob will contact Fischer’s to dig the ditch out on Homecoming property.
