Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.

 Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Mat Diehl, Jim Westaby, Bill Eaton, Dave Dixon, Larry Johnson and Cheryl Liebenstein and Jamie Melville

 The minutes from the October meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Jim.

Second by Bill. Motion Carried.

 The Committee made a motion to pay all bills as presented, with additions and corrections added. Second by Dave. Motion carried.

 Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented, by Jim.

Second by Mat. Motion carried.

Reminder that Rob’s review is due for the December meeting.

Tax Levy will be presented at the December meeting.

Streets & Alleys

 Street maintenance is complete. 

Jim noted that the curb has been completed by the school, but still needs to be blacktopped.

 WATER & SEWER

The deadline for the open well issue is December 1st. After that date it will be left to the Health department for further legal action if needed.

Fehr-Graham will let bids on November 7th for the Waste Water upgrade project.

President Knoup reported that he and Rob toured the new treatment plant at Winslow, which is similar to the one we will be installing.

Yellow Creek Inn is requesting extended hours for Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve.  Motion was made by Jim to allow the extended hours to 1 am with patrons out by 1:30 am.  Motion second by Dave.  Motion carried.

 Old Business

 IEMA has approved the Buy-out plan and the plan was then sent to FEMA.  FEMA is requesting additional information. Fehr-Graham will send the information this week.  We are now looking at a decision in early January.

Wayne Fisher is helping with the Eagle Scout project and would like to move the rock sign to the North side of the highway.  The rock sign is bigger than the original plan and the move will allow the extra room needed.

New Business

 The committee will measure for sidewalk reimbursement for Rick Freese now that the alley has been resurfaced.

We will need to send a mowing bill to Hal Mckinski for mowing of the lots for the 2012 and 2013 season. Mowing is $1000 per year.
