Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Todd Brinkmeier, Dave Schirmer, Jim Westby, Brian Schiess, Dave Dixon, Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the April meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Jim.

The Committee made a motion for approval to pay all bills.

Financial Report
VISITORS
Scott Gross from Yellow Creek Inn was present to request a street closure for June 9th and 10th for their annual party. He is requesting from Friday at 5pm thru Sunday at noon.
Motion was made by Larry to grant permission to block East Devore St. on June 9th at 5pm thru Sunday June 11th at noon, with access to the alley at all times. Motion second by Dave S. Motion carried.

Streets & Alleys
The committee reported that several residents have inquired about the sidewalk replacement plan in which the Village will pay for the cement.
WATER & SEWER
Rob reported that our annual inspection of the lagoons will include the need to add fencing around them. This was noted in previous inspection.
President Knoup requested that the committee check on the well at the old milk plant and see if it would be feasible to put it back into service. The well is a 10 inch case and approximately 1000 ft deep.
Committee will speak with Fehr & Graham on the status of the removal of the old water tower by the Village of Hamon.
CEMETERY
Angie has returned the cemetery plot book and Rob has now updated the information onto the computer system.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
The annual Spring Clean up day is May 13th from 8-3.

Old Business
President Knoup attended the first meeting of the Brownfield grant committee. At this meeting they reviewed the numerous sites which were submitted for clean up. The next meeting will determine which sites to take off the list and which sites they will look at more closely.
New Business
President Knoup had his annual meeting with Com-Ed. It was noted that there were 3 power outages this past year. Com-Ed also informed him that homeowner’s will be facing an 8% increase in the year 2007.
Municipalities will be allowed to buy electric from other vendors and lock in a price the same as homeowners.
Com-Ed will come to the June meeting to discuss options with the board members.
Motion was made by Larry to give the Post Prom $100.00 from the band fund to help cover entertainment costs. Motion second by Dave S. Motion carried.
