Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Rusty Liebenstein, Matt Diehl, Jim Westaby, Bill Eaton, Dave Dixon and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the May meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Jim.

The Committee made a motion for approval to pay all bills as presented. Second by Rusty. Motion carried.
Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented, by Jim.

Financial Report

Maintenance Report
We will rent a lift for use in painting the downtown light poles.
The tube and ditch line have been completed by the Park District and Jerry Heinrich’s residence.
Fisher’s will be here this month to repair the storm drain by the school and to clean the tube on E. South St.
Streets & Alleys
There will be no street maintenance done this year due to the large downtown sidewalk project.
WATER & SEWER
Brinkmeier’s Plumbing will be splitting the water service at two houses on Main St so each house will have its own water-shutoff.
The farm fee for Mitchell’s should be resolved; if no payment is received a notice will be posted for shut-off.
The garbage fee will be removed from Dal Murray’s renters as they do not use the pickup service.
CEMETERY
Another Memorial tree fell over during our last wind storm. The tree will not be replaced.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
Visel Construction would like to erect a new shed and use our property to get to his site. He has been informed that he will need to come to the next meeting to discuss this issue with the board.
Police
Stephenson County handled several complaints from within the Village. The complaints involved a cat being shot by an arrow and fireworks being set off on Memorial weekend. The board has requested that we get more police hours. President Knoup will speak with Larry requesting that the police officers work more hours or hire more part-time officers.

Old Business
Dave made a motion to accept the Appropriations as written with prior changes made. Motion second by Bill. Roll call vote as follows: Rusty-yes, Mat-yes, Jim-yes, Bill-yes, Dave-yes. Let the record show 5-yes, 0-no and 1- absent.
New Business
President Knoup met with Fehr-Graham on the sidewalk project. The plans have been submitted to the state for approval.
President Knoup will speak with the owners of the old café regarding the demolition of the building if possible.
The Boy Scouts took the metal scraps to sell from the cleanup day and made just over $700.00.
