Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Todd Brinkmeier, Dave Dixon, Jim Westaby, Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the June meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Larry.

The Committee made a motion for approval to pay all bills and to pay the regular monthly bills through the first week of July as they come in. (Verizon, Ni-Cor, and Cox)
Motion Second by Larry.

Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented by Jim.
Second by Larry.

Financial Report
Dave D. made a motion to accept the Appropriations ordinance as presented by the committee for this fiscal year. Roll call vote was taken with results as follows: Todd-yes, Jim-yes, Dave D.-yes, Larry-yes. Let the record show 4-yes and 0-no with 2-absent.
VISITORS
John Hawes was present to request permission to have a beer garden during the Homecoming weekend. He has requested the alley to be closed from East Devore St. to the lot line of his building. This would run Friday and Saturday evening from 5pm to 12:30 am. Larry made a motion to grant the request of the beer garden with the alley closure for Little John’s Tap. Motion second by Todd. Motion carried.
Maintenance Report
See attached report
Todd made a motion to put into effect the Water ordinance to run until further notice. Motion second by Dave D. Motion carried. Rob will be watching the water usage by the residents.
Rob was requested to check the handicap ramps and cold patch the ones that needed it.
Streets & Alleys
President Knoup will check the streets and give approval before Cox can be paid their final bill.
WATER & SEWER
There have been 3 shut off notices given to residents. Two have given payment and the third will need to be shut off.
CEMETERY
There has been a complaint of decorations being mowed over. The committee will need to speak with Ed regarding this complaint.
Three Memorial trees have been sold. Rob will get the plaques for the trees.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
No report
Police
Crime Stop has given the board a $2,500.00 grant for use within the Police department.
The committee will need to check into liability issues when Fred brings the canine to work with him in the Village.
