Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.

 Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Todd Brinkmeier, Dave Schirmer, Dave Dixon, Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.

 The minutes from the December meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Larry.

 The Committee made a motion for approval to pay all bills.

See attached report – Rob reported that the “No Parking during School Hours” sign is not posted. Wanted to know if it should be posted. The committee will review this and make decision on whether to post a sign or not.

 WATER & SEWER

The board has not received the permits from the State yet for the

Water/sewer lines to be run under Highway 73. Fehr & Graham noted that there is still paperwork to be completed before the old Water tower can be removed.

 CEMETERY

 BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

The committee reported that they would like to remove the two metal sheds at the Village Building and replace them with wooden structures. The buildings hold the chlorine and other chemicals, which are corrosive to the metal.

 President Knoup met with Hal Mckinski regarding the Memorial Park.  Hal has two lots he would sell at cost.  The board suggested that the interested party look at Mill Pond or the Lion’s Park.

Thomas Jacobs has approved the payoff amount for the TIF residential agreement with George Visel.

 New Business

 Rob’s Evaluation is due this month.

The Policy Book needs to be updated to include any type of bereavement pay.

Jamie noted that we need to replace the fax machine.  A new one will run $575.00.  Board gives Jamie permission to have it replaced and to update her Quicken Books and submit bill to the Village.

C.F. Stocker will be notified to fix the copy machine.
