WATER & SEWER

Jim was continuing to check for estimates on a warning system.  Fehr & Graham suggested that we keep with Gasvoda systems so that all of the electronics are compatible. This system is approximately $4,900 to install and the monthly phone charge of $36.00.

 CEMETERY

Bill Hermann has glued the broken headstone at the cemetery for no charge.

 BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

The committee has found a state used 90 hp tractor with 380 hours of use on it. The tractor is used, but they would put on a new 84 inch bucket.

The tractor will be available at the building for inspection on Wednesday, January 12th.  Board members should stop by to look at it.  The estimated cost would be $54,000 to $55,000 with a 1 yr warranty.  They were unable to get a trade-in value for ours at this time.

The committee did get an estimate for a new tractor for $72,000 with government pricing reduced to $62,000 to $65,000 including a 2 yr. warranty.  No decision will be made until after the tractor has been seen.
