Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Mat Diehl, Rusty Liebenstein, Jim Westaby, Bill Eaton, Dave Dixon (late), Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the January meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Jim.
Second by Bill. Motion Carried.
The Committee made a motion to pay all bills as presented, with additions and corrections added. Second by Rusty. Motion carried.
Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented, by Jim.
Second by Bill. Motion carried.

Financial Report
Visitors
John Costello from PC Lions-American Legion was present to request a donation from the Village for the annual Homecoming, to be held August 24th. John noted that entertainment expenses are from a Beer Garden, parade floats, Stage entertainment and Raffle prize money. They paid out $600 in Parade prize money and $600 in entertainment. Fireworks were done by donations.
Rusty made a motion to give the Legion-Lions $1200 for the annual Homecoming. Motion second by Jim. Roll call vote as follows: Rusty-yes, Mat-yes, Jim-yes, Larry-yes, Bill-yes. Let the record show 5-yes, 1-absent, 0-no.
Maintenance Report

Streets & Alleys
No problems reported with snowplowing or removal.
WATER & SEWER
Water service has been turned back on at one of the flooded homes.
CEMETERY
Bill is making changes to the ordinance and will have it ready for the March meeting.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
Mill pond has been dredged and dug out. Kuberski was able to find the spring on the north end. The dirt has been moved to the maintenance building. Rob has requested that Kuberski come back and move the dirt into one pile at the building.
Police
Changes have been made to the Parking Ordinance. There will be no street parking for more than 48 consecutive hours. Ticket fines will be $10.00 with an increase to $20.00 if not paid within 10 working days.
The committee reported that there have been several break-ins to business and residential.
Liquor
The gambling machines have been installed at Little John’s Tap and approved by the State Gambling Commission.
Old Business
Elevations are being done by Fehr-Graham for the Waste Water Treatment project.
There have been no updates given by Fehr-Graham for the Flood Buy-Out.
New Business
Request has been made by the Post Prom committee for a donation. Motion was made by Jim to give $100 to Post Prom. Motion second by Larry. Motion carried.
President Knoup attended a public hearing regarding the Post Office. It was determined that there will be no mail sorting done in Pearl City. Mail carriers will go to Stockton to sort mail. P.O. Box delivery will be later in the morning. The window at the Post Office will be cutting hours.
