Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Todd Brinkmeier, Dave Schirmer, Jim Westby, Brian Schiess, Dave Dixon, Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the November meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Larry.

The Committee made a motion for approval to pay all bills.

Financial Report
The committee presented the Tax Levy for 2006-2007 with minimal changes from the previous year. Motion was made by the committee to accept the Tax Levy as presented. Motion second by Jim. Roll call vote as follows:
Todd-yes, Dave S-yes, Jim-yes, Brian-yes, Dave D-yes, Larry-yes. Let the record show 6-yes, 0-no and 0-absent.

Streets & Alleys
Rob was informed that he may remove any piles of snow from the business district which was put there by the business owners. Jim reported that there are tree roots in the sewer line on W South St. He will get with Brinkmeier’s Plumbing and put a camera in the line to see where the problem starts and to check for any collapse of the lines.
WATER & SEWER
CEMETERY
The Village has received a burial check from Leamon’s for opening fees of the plot. We have not received any further bills for excavating, so we will mark the check as a donation.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
The committee has requested that the purchase of a leaf vacuum be tabled at this time. The leaf vacuum from Cedarville has been returned to them.

The EPA has finalized the Phase 1 paperwork for the cleanup of the gas station. This phase is building only. Phase 2 is for tank removal. The board will wait until the state finalizes the phase 1 paperwork before we finalize the sale with Jim Henry.
The Park District informed the board that they will not sign the lease for Lion’s Park. They wish to have confirmation to remove the shelter house before signing. The Lion’s club does not want the shelter house removed. President Knoup will meet with the Park Board for further discussion.

The January meeting will be held on Tuesday January 2nd due to the Monday holiday.
