Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Todd Brinkmeier, Dave Schirmer, Jim Westby, Brian Schiess, Dave Dixon, Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the July meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Jim.

The Committee made a motion for approval to pay all bills.

Rob is to arrange to have ditch work done.
Streets & Alleys
Have not received the final payment from Fehr & Graham for the street work.
WATER & SEWER
Sager fencing will begin the installation of the new fence around the lagoons.
The boosters are looking at getting a 2inch water line run to the concession stand. The boosters will have to meet with the Water & Sewer committee for further information before any commitments can be made.
The committee has suggested that we look at putting meters on the water lines for the businesses. It is felt that the co-op is using too much water for the amount that we bill them. The committee has collected information from Polo to help compare rates and usage.
The committee was informed to set up a plan, which would include a base rate on specific gallons and prices on gallons used after the base.
CEMETERY
Rob has completed the new entry sign at the cemetery. He reported that there would be enough room for a memorial bench, at the entrance, if anyone was interested.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
No report
Police
Rob had to replace all the locks at the Village hall after the locks were broken when an officer forgot his keys and wanted to get into the building.
Liquor
The new keg ordinance is in effect and all businesses have received a packet with information and sign out sheets for the registration process.
Old Business
We have received the paperwork for the purchase of the old gas station. President Knoup will follow-up with Jim Henry on signing of the papers.
President Knoup noted that the current owner of the milk plant is not eligible for any grant money for clean up. If she would sell the plant. The new owners would be able to get grant money.
New Business
No new business brought forward.
