Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup

 Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Bob Asche, Jim Westaby, Mat Diehl, Will Backus, Larry Johnson, Jamie Melville and Cheryl Liebenstein.

 The minutes from the August meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Jim. Second by Bob. Motion Carried.

The committee made a motion to pay all bills as presented. Second by Jim. Motion carried.

 Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented, by Mat.

Second by Jim. Motion carried.

 No transfer of funds needed.

 Financial Report

The pay request from Kelsey Excavating will be held until October bill payment

Maintenance Report

The Waste Water Treatment project will be complete by November 13th.

The Buildings and Grounds committee will need to contact a homeowner that has a tree which needs to be removed. The tree is dead and poses a risk for injury. If the Village needs to remove it we will have to put a lien on the property.

Rob used the street sweeper in Shannon to clean up after their parade. The Village of Shannon will be charged for the use of the sweeper.

 WATER & SEWER

 Rob has been flushing the hydrant weekly on the dead end street which seems to be helping with the discolored water.  Rob did note that he will not be able to flush that often during the winter months.

 CEMETERY

Will noted that he had a request from an individual to buy just a single lot next to their adjoining family plot.  Our Ordinance states plots as two or four.  Will will revise the Ordinance and present it at the next meeting.

 Motion was made by Larry to approve the TIF Ordinance to remove Will’s property from the TIF district.  Motion second by Bob.  Roll Call vote as follows: Bob-yes, Jim-yes, Will-Abstain, Dave-yes, Larry-yes.  Let the record show 4-yes, 1-abstain, 1-absent

 Motion to adjourn at 7:50 pm by Larry.
