Visitors
Nathan Pickard was present to review the lineup of events for the Boulevard Bash. He is requesting that an officer be on duty and make several rounds through the beer tent. The parade will be the same route as last year and he will need barricades from Rob for the parade and kids’ water fights.
STREETS AND ALLEYS
Fehr-Graham has completed the core borings on several streets. The street maintenance will be done next spring. Rob is looking at doing gutter cleanup along Route 73, but is concerned that it will be a two or three person job. We will contact the State highway department to see if they will help with the cleanup.
WATER & SEWER
Rob has not heard any news on the testing waiver for the open well. The board will look at drafting a new ordinance for stricter use of open wells.
Dave spoke with the Attorney regarding the well issue and did not receive any answers as to why the state statutes were not upheld in court.
There still has not been an inspection on the well.
