Old Business
President Knoup received written notice from the school regarding the concern board members had with the Village spreading salt on the school’s parking areas. The schools insurance will cover liability issues if any arise and the Village will not be held accountable. With that issue covered the Village will continue to salt the parking lots until the school notifies us of any changes.
President Knoup will meet with the attorney January 6th regarding the issues of leases at Mill Pond and Lion’s Park. He will also be working on the agreement with the Fire Department.
The Park District stated in their last letter that they have no insurance on Mill Pond. This need to be insured. Jamie will contact IML to get insurance coverage.
New Business
