Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup.
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Mat Diehl, Bob Asche, Dave Dixon, Larry Johnson, Cheryl Liebenstein and Jamie Melville
The board held a moment of silence to honor our departed trustee, Bill Eaton.
The minutes from the March meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Dave.
Second by Bob. Motion Carried.
The Committee made a motion to pay all bills as presented, with additions and corrections added. Second by Dave. Motion carried.
Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented, by Mat.
Second by Dave. Motion carried.

Financial Report
Motion was made by Mat to approve O’Connor Brooks for the 2014-2015 annual audits for the Village and Tif District. Motion second by Bob, Motion carried.
Mat reported that we have exceeded amounts in the appropriation budget on three accounts. Mat has drafted a Supplemental Ordinance to increase the appropriations for FEMA, Sidewalk Project and the Waste Water project. Motion was made by the committee to approve the Supplemental Ordinance as written, Motion second by Larry. Motion carried.
Visitors
Fehr-Graham, Adam, was present to review several ongoing projects.
Waste Water Plan – Adam noted that Kelsey Excavating is requesting payment for materials on site. They will begin dirt work as soon as it is dry enough. Rob and Adam will meet with them next week to go over changes in the plans.
FEMA – Adam spoke with Paul Osmond regarding the contract for the buyout, Adam will meet with Paul on Wednesday to answer questions he has regarding the contract. No contract will be available until after the Wednesday meeting.
Adam has helped the committee to draft an informational letter to the residents noting the buy-out. The board is looking to gather input from all the residents. Fehr-Graham will take care of the mailing and report all comments back to the board.
Maintenance Report
Rob has received a bid for storm sewer work from Fischer’s for a total of $7,000.00. Rob will talk with Jim when he returns.
The Handicap pier at Mill Pond will need some work done. It has pulled away from the bank. Rob will restock the fish in the pond with the DNR fish program.
Rick Freese is requesting payment for his sidewalk now that the alley has been completed.
Geoff Williams is available to start work at any time. Board approved that if Rob has work for him he can start immediately.

WATER & SEWER
Dave is drafting a letter to be included with the coupon books to be mailed out this month. The letter will include notes on the Waste Water project, reminder to pay bills on time and that landlords are ultimately responsible for water payments.
CEMETERY

BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
The Welcome stone will be landscaped by Zach Shippy to complete his Eagle Scout project.
The committee will look at getting the Salt shed repaired now that it is empty.

Larry will work with Fred to get increased police coverage.

Need to appoint someone to take over the vacant Trustee position. President Knoup spoke with Will Backus and Will informed him he was still interested in being on the board. Board roll call vote as follows: Bob-yes, Mat-yes, Dave-yes, Larry-yes. Let the record show 4-yes and 1-absent.
President Knoup met with surrounding land owners regarding options if any businesses would be looking to build. There may be interest if any business owners want to talk with them.
Reminder that the TIF Review meeting will be held Tuesday April 8th at 4 pm.
President Knoup noted that our attorney is handling the court appearances for the Well issue.
