Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Knoup
Members answering roll call: President Knoup, Bob Asche, Mat Diehl, Dave Dixon, Will Backus, Larry Johnson and Cheryl Liebenstein.
The minutes from the March meeting were reviewed and accepted without dissent by Bob. Second by Dave. Motion Carried.
The Committee made a motion to pay all bills as presented, with additions and corrections added. Second by Will. Motion carried.
Motion to approve the treasurer report as presented, by Mat.
Second by Dave. Motion carried.

Geoff will begin work May 1st but if Rob determines he is needed before that date he is allowed to start.
Visitors
Flood Buy-Out- Adam reported that two-thirds of the expense sheets have been sent in. Fehr-Graham will do follow up calls this week for the remaining sheets. The expense sheets already turned in will be forwarded to the DNR for review and Appraisal offer letters.
WASTEWATER PROJECT – Adam met with Kelsey Excavating and set a completion date of August 30th for the project. Adam will amend the contract to reflect the completion date. We have used $107,000 of the grant fund with $43,000 left.
SAFE SIDEWALK PROJECT – Meeting to be held in Dixon on Thursday. After that meeting we will need to hold a public meeting. Adam will have plans ready for the public to view.
STREETS & ALLEYS
President Knoup will be attending a meeting in Dixon on April 8th regarding the Safe Sidewalk project.
WATER & SEWER
Dave will be adding an informative letter with the Water payment book mailing.

Police
Larry reported that the Police hours have increased. We now have five officers who will be working 30 hours per month per each officer.
Liquor
License applications have been given to the businesses
Old Business
Jay Butson is not interested in selling the tower back to the Village. He is happy with the original contract. He wants to make sure that it is maintained and his employees are trained to do that. Board members were concerned regarding what happens if it is sold. Would we be guaranteed a contract with the new owner? Board members want to protect the Fire Department as their equipment is installed on the tower. Will will contact the attorney for answers to these questions.

Larry made a motion to donate $100.00 to the Post Prom committee. Motion second by Bob. Motion carried.
